After your charter request is received, we prepare and send the charter contract to you and start charter process. During the preparation and sending of your contract, Deep Sea Yacht Charter company will reserve the yacht for you.
Your reservation becomes final when we receive a copy of the contract signed by you and the bank receipt showing that 40% prepayment has been made. You are required to pay the remainder of your charter fee 45 days before the embarkation date.
You can always contact us if you want to benefit from the services provided by our company for all transfers, land tours or accommodation you may need for your trip.

Weekly rental periods start at 17.00 on Saturday and end at 17.00 on Friday. The yacht you chartered must return to the agreed port of redelivery at the specified time. Accommodation on the boat until 9.00 on Saturday is also included in the weekly rental agreement.

The person who will act as the captain in the rental group must have a valid skipper’s license and – if requested – a document proving their past sailing experience. For Turkish Citizens, the minimum required license is Amateur Seaman Certificate.
All our yachts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each charter. You will be presented with a complete list of equipment and inventory on board before your charter starts. On your return, the yacht is inspected again with the same list and redelivered in the same conditions it was delivered.
You will be briefed by our operational staff about the equipment and inventory of your boat during the delivery of the boat.

All yachts in the Deep Sea Yacht Charter fleet have financial liability insurance against all damages and third parties, with an exemption for the amount of the deposit.

Based on the crew list info provided by the Charterer, it is required to obtain a Transitlog document for each Charter from the Harbour Master. No guests other than the persons specified in the transitlog are allowed to be on the boat throughout the charter period. This official document grants the right to cruise along Turkish territorial waters.
In order for us to prepare all the necessary procedures on time, the following documents should be submitted correctly and completely, at least one week before the start of the charter date :
• Fully completed crew list with name, surname, place of birth, date of birth, nationality, identification number and address.
• Captain’s valid seaman’s certificate
Procedures and payments are different for the Charterers who want to leave Turkish waters and cruise to the Greek islands. If you are planning to visit the Greek Islands, you are required to inform our company in advance.

It is the responsibility of the Deep Sea Yacht Charter to fulfill all the necessary organizations for the specified services and charter details. All service providers that we work together in the fulfillment of the services offered in our agreements operate as independent companies and are not affiliated with our company.
All travel documents issued by Deep Sea Yacht Charter are subject to the terms and conditions specified by Turkish laws.
In case the promised services cannot be performed for any reason beyond the control of Deep Sea Yacht Charter, Deep Sea Yacht Charter is obliged to provide an option with the same quality and comfort.

Charter deposit is blocked from your credit card during embarkation until the yacht is redelivered as specified in the contract.
• For boats 49 feet and above                             2.500 – 3500 €
• For boats less than 49 feet                                1.500 – 2.500 €
• Spinnaker (Deposit increase amount)                  500 €

• 40% prepayment is due within 5 days following the signing of the Agreement.
• 60% remainder payment must be paid 45 days prior the commencement of the Charter.
• Money transfers such as EFT or money order made through the bank can also be used.

The date the Charterer’s written cancellation request received by the Charter Company will be the date used to determine cancellation charges which are levied on the following scale. For cancellations made in the date ranges specified below, the specified amount of the charter fee will not be refunded:

• More than 12 weeks prior to charter   : 20% of charter fee
• Between 10 to 12 weeks                       : 30% of charter fee
• Between 8 to 10 weeks                        : 50% of charter fee
• Between 6 to 8 weeks                          : 60% of charter fee
• Between 4 to 6 weeks                          : 80% of charter fee
• Less than 4 weeks                                : 100% of charter fee
